BRING IT!

It is time to bring it! It begins with week 7. "No Pause Week." Meaning no matter how buggered I might be, I will not press pause to get my breath back. No more chips, no more chocolate. Lots of good, healthy food, and lots of water. Lots of situps. 200 situps at the end of the workout, 3 times a week. Plus the pushups and the biceps. If I'm going to be ready for P90X I need to do this.
